    • Provide analytical support to CFO, Executive Directors and other business leaders
    • Interprets and summarizes data to report on current performance, track trends and determine future financial expectations
    • Prepare, analyze and consult on financial statements
    • Support the systemization of financial reporting packages
    • Develop operating system expertise to include advanced report writing capabilities
    • In conjunction with the CFO, facilitate financial efficiencies throughout the system
    • Oversee project construction draws and the related accounting entries/analysis
    • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required
    • Inquisitive mind, curious about how the numbers tell a story
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Appreciation and ability to collaborate with non-financial areas of our business
    • Minimum two years of experience required
    • Strong Microsoft Office software skills - Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
    • Public accounting and/or health care industry experience is a plus
