Seeking an experienced sales leader who has a proven track record in relationship-based sales to join our record-breaking sales team at RiverWoods Durham. Qualified candidates will have 5 plus years of managerial experience in a relationship-based selling role, a Bachelor’s Degree, and experience in public speaking. We seek an individual who can be an individual contributor in sales as well as manage a team. Knowledge of marketing tactics and tools is a plus. Experience in the senior living industry, CCRC is preferred but not a requirement.
Responsibilities include ability to hit individual sales targets, oversight of marketing and sales operations, ongoing lead development and participation in the development of the sales and marketing strategic plan. Must have strong organizational skills and the desire to lead. Must be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goals.
