Sales & Marketing Director
This is an exciting time for our newest commiunity! Construction has begun and we need a dynamic, passionate and creative leader to help with the sales and marketing efforts. The RiverWoods Group, parent company of RiverWoods, a nationally-accredited non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Exeter; NH, has broken ground on a new non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Durham, NH.
The Director will oversee marketing initiatives and all sales functions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years managerial experience in a similar position, senior living experienced preferred or similar industry with relationship building as the focus of the sales process.
Responsibilities include oversight of all marketing and sales functions including the direct sales of residences, ongoing lead development and participation in the development of the sales and marketing strategic plan. Must have strong organizational skills and the desire to lead. Must be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goals.
The right individual for the roles possess excellent relationship development skills with potential customers resulting in sales. Extensive public contact and public speaking required. Must have desire to achieve high goals and be a team player. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
