    As the Lead Maintenance Specialist at our Woods Campus, you will be an important part of our Environmental Services Team.  The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 pm.

    Some key components of the position include but are not limited to:

     

    • Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop refurb and work order schedule
    • Assign and inspect work of maintenance team and subcontractors
    • Determine material and labor estimates
    • Perform interior and exterior repairs of buildings including painting, wall paper basic carpentry and drywall
    • Replace hardware, electrical fixtures and appliances as required
    • Respond to medical alert calls
    • Perform routine duties including but not limited to work orders, snow removal operations, shift coverage, Maintenance on Call rotation (1 weekend every 8 weeks)
    • Assist with supervisory responsibilities as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor including assisting with interviewing and training employees, assigning work, performance appraisals and resolving problems

    Skills/Experience

     

    High School Diploma 

    5 year maintenance experience preferred

    Familiarity with computers and electronic devices
