As the Maintenance Supervisor or our Ridge Campus you oversee the day to day operations of the maintenance and security departments to ensure smooth operation of all building infrastructure systems, safety, and security. This person will carry out supervisory responsibility in accordance with business policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; assisting and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Familiarity with PC and Mac computers and electronic devices is required. Strong computer skills must include MS Office (Wood/Excel/Outlook), Smart Sheet or other CMMS program; IPad, Smart Phone, @-Way radios.
Facilities Certification is preferred, however it is not required. 3-5 years' experience at a supervisory level is preferred. Internal Candidates should have completed RWE Business Management Program. Experience as MOC strongly preferred. HS Diploma and 2-year certificate or equivalent years of industry service.
