    Why Work at RiverWoods?

"I have found Riverwoods truly cares about their residents and employees and is an absolute wonderful place to work.  As a newer employee, I can see why so many LNAs have such a long work history here (many 8,10,15+ years) and are proud to say they’ll retire from Riverwoods.  The exceptional values and attitudes of the staff, high staff-to-resident ratio, excellent management support, scholarship programs and beautiful facilities all help to provide a culture that is second-to-none.  I am very proud to work for and be a part of the RiverWoods community."
