RiverWoods is currently looking for a Manager of Transpotation Services to join our dynamic Campus Services team. The campus services team is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of residents to special events, trips, and doctor appointments. They are also responsible for the set up and coordination of events that take place onsite at RiverWoods.
The Manager will plan, direct, and manage the overall operations of the department; including staff schedules, team meetings, recruitment, training (technical and hospitality) with effective budget and personnel management of the team. This person is also expected to assist with dispatch duties as needed and oversee the maintenance and licensing of all vehicles.
We are looking for a team player, someone who is able to build relationships both within the Campus Services team as well as across the organization. Previous experience managing a team in a customer service industry along with a transportation background, exceptional analytical, multitasking, organizational, and computer skills is preferred. The ability to provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork is a must.

This is a salaried position. The days of operation are 7 days per week. It is expected that the Manager will work the times and days necessary to fill the responsibilities of the position. This will consist of Monday through Friday and occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
